Industrial Maintenance and Repair Services, LLC is seeking a dependable, mechanically skilled individual for third shift maintenance of shot blasting equipment and paint lines. The role focuses on keeping equipment operating, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repairs to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on mechanical experience, welding and fabrication background, and a commitment to safety on a night shift.

Qualifications

• Maintenance or repair experience in industrial equipment.
• Experience with shot blasting and paint line machinery is a plus.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently on third shift.
• Reliability, good attendance, and commitment to safety.

Responsabilités

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair shot blasting machines.
• Perform maintenance on paint lines to keep production running.
• Change and maintain paint line filters as needed.
• Identify equipment problems and perform repairs.
• Perform welding and fabrication for repairs and modifications.
• Complete routine and preventative maintenance on shot blasters and paint line equipment.
• Help minimize downtime by identifying problems and making timely repairs.
• Follow all applicable safety procedures.
