Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or loss prevention preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor the store environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances, exits, and high-risk areas to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet customers with a warm, loud, and energetic greeting to promote a sense of control and security.
• Perform bag and package checks while adhering to safety and security standards.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
