Houst is seeking a Short Term Rental Supply Coordinator to keep our properties running smoothly. You will coordinate cleaners, suppliers, and operational schedules across our portfolio while upholding high service standards and guest experience.

This fast-paced role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and collaboration with cleaners, suppliers, and internal teams. You will monitor performance with data tools to identify improvements and optimise processes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recent experience within the short term rental industry.
• Experience coordinating cleaners, suppliers, maintenance, or operational schedules.
• Strong analytical skills with Looker, Excel, or Google Sheets to monitor performance.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit cleaners across allocated locations.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and linen schedules across the portfolio.
• Liaise with cleaners, maintenance providers, linen suppliers, and contractors for seamless operations.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage onboarding and relationships with new suppliers.
• Provide operational support including scheduling payments and invoices, and support KPI achievement.
