Job summary

Biloxi Lodging is seeking a Family Entertainment Center Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure attractions run safely, and deliver exceptional guest service. You will supervise attendants, coordinate events, and partner with management to maintain cleanliness and safety across indoor/outdoor spaces.

The role requires at least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a family entertainment or similar setting, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Formal education requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in hospitality or related field is a plus.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a family entertainment center, amusement setting, or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on guest service.
• Experience managing staff, coordinating events, and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of attendants, hosts, and staff; assign tasks and ensure coverage.
• Provide on-the-job training and feedback to improve service and safety.
• Monitor staff performance and guide guest service quality.
• Address staffing concerns and escalate to management when needed.
• Ensure guests have a safe, enjoyable experience and a family-friendly atmosphere.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and crowd management; coordinate with other departments.
