Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related analytical field.
• 2–4 years in demand planning, customer service, or data-driven planning.
• Experience with customer forecasts, sales orders, and near-term planning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and stability of short-term demand signals (2–12 weeks).
• Review inputs like forecasts and orders to maintain alignment with near-term demand.
• Collaborate across Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Scheduling.
• Highlight risks, monitor patterns, and keep data-driven adjustments clear.
• Track metrics like demand stability and plan adherence weekly.
• Inform planners of changes, shifts, or risks affecting longer-term forecasts.
• Provide visibility into late orders, cancellations, and abnormal demand patterns.
• Maintain accurate system data and verify updates after adjustments.
