Job summary

Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a Demand Controller to ensure accurate short-term demand signals (2–12 weeks) and align near-term demand with business goals. You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Production Scheduling to clarify adjustments and manage risks.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a related field and 2–4 years in demand planning or data-driven planning, with ERP and forecasting system experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related analytical field.
• 2-4 years of experience in demand planning or related roles.
• Experience with customer forecasts, sales orders and near-term demand coordination.
• Proficiency with planning systems such as Kinaxis, OMP, o9, SAP IBP or equivalent.
• Solid experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and transparency of short-term demand signals (2-12 weeks).
• Review customer forecasts and sales orders to align near-term demand.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Production Scheduling.
• Highlight risks, monitor demand patterns, and ensure data-driven adjustments.
