Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, or related discipline preferred.
• 4–6 years of demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, or operational planning experience.
• Works under minimal supervision and may act as a lead planner or subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-range and short-term demand forecasts to support operational objectives.
• Improve forecast accuracy and inventory optimization across product lines.
• Coordinate demand planning activities across functions and programs to mitigate risks.
• Identify and mitigate demand, inventory, or supply risks in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate planning metrics, reporting, and analyses for leadership.
