Job summary

Jubilee Media is seeking a Short-Form Director to own a slate of Jubilee and nectar formats from concept through publish. You’ll collaborate with Creative, Production, Brand Marketing, and Brand Partnerships to build, test, and sell formats. This builder role offers influence over what we make and how we make it.

You’ll develop formats, plan shoots, and guide productions end-to-end. We’re looking for hands-on producers who can host or interview when needed and drive performance-driven iterations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in content creation, short-form, or unscripted development with publishable formats.
• Experience taking original formats from idea to published content.
• Hands-on production literacy: shoot days, call sheets, cast, crew and costs.

Responsibilities

• Build original, repeatable short-form formats for Jubilee and nectar from concept to publish.
• Produce formats through pre-production, production, and post with cross-team collaboration.
• Host, interview, and appear in formats where you are the right fit.
• Provide real feedback and set the bar for the quality of short-form formats.
• Develop formats that attract brands and integrate sponsorships naturally.
• Use performance data to decide on renewals, reworks, or shelving.
