Jubilee Media is seeking a creative producer with 2-3 years in short-form content development. You will develop original formats for Jubilee and nectar, oversee from concept to publish, and collaborate with production, casting, and post teams.

You’ll host and appear in formats when appropriate, ensuring formats travel beyond a single face. Ideal candidates bring strong instincts for hooks, pacing, retention, and a deep fluency in TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in content creation or unscripted development and production.
• Has taken original formats from idea to published, not just execution.
• Hands-on production literacy: shoot days, call sheets, crew, and costs.

Responsibilities

• Develop original, repeatable short-form formats for Jubilee and nectar from concept through publish.
• Produce formats through pre-production, production, and post with cross-team collaboration.
• Host, interview, and appear in formats where you're the right person to carry them.
