As a Short-Form Content Creator, you will transform long-form podcast episodes into engaging, high-performing vertical videos for major social media platforms. You will work with approximately two hours of weekly content featuring renowned trading champions, millionaires, and leading financial experts discussing investment strategies, trading psychology, personal experiences, and controversial industry topics. Your mission will be to identify the most compelling moments and turn them into short videos that capture attention and generate engagement. You will manage the entire editing process, from selecting impactful hooks to adding subtitles and optimizing video pacing.
