Job summary

Reach Digital is seeking a creative, energetic Video Content Creator for a fully remote, long-term contractor role. You will own the end-to-end video process from concept to publication across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube, while maintaining a fast publishing cadence.

You should bring 2+ years of short-form video experience, a strong on-camera presence, and a portfolio of engaging content.

We're on a mission to make business funding more accessible while helping everyday entrepreneurs understand money, manage cash flow, and grow their businesses.

Now, we're looking for a creative, energetic, and highly motivated Video Content Creator to become one of the faces across social media.

About the Role

We're hiring a full-time, on-camera Content Creator who knows how to turn ideas into engaging videos that educate, entertain, and drive results.

You'll own the video creation process from concept to publication, including researching topics, writing scripts, filming, editing, and publishing content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube.

This is not just a video editing position. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being on camera, understands what makes people stop scrolling, and can consistently create content that captures attention.

Our goal is to build a high-volume content engine, producing approximately 100 minutes of published video content daily across platforms through original production, repurposing, and distribution.

You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop content that builds brand awareness, grows our audience, and positions as a trusted resource for entrepreneurs.

What You'll Do

Content Creation & Production

• Script, film, edit, and publish engaging videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube.
• Be an on-camera personality and recognizable face of the brand.
• Create content covering entrepreneurship, gig work, side hustles, cash flow management, business tips, and funding solutions.
• Develop attention-grabbing hooks, compelling storytelling, and strong calls to action.
• Produce both short-form videos and longer YouTube content, including educational explainers, tutorials, Q&As, and interviews.
• Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short-form clips to maximize reach.

Social Media & Growth

• Identify trending topics, viral formats, and new content opportunities relevant to our audience.
• Adapt videos for each platform's audience, style, and best practices.
• Write engaging captions, titles, descriptions, and hashtags.
• Create thumbnails and supporting visual assets.
• Schedule and publish content consistently.
• Monitor comments and audience engagement.
• Review performance metrics such as views, retention, watch time, and engagement to continuously improve content.
• Collaborate with our marketing team on content calendars, campaigns, and creative ideas.
• Turn content briefs into engaging, easy-to-understand videos.
• Experiment with different hooks, formats, and storytelling approaches.
• Maintain brand voice and follow approved financial marketing guidelines.
• Meet ambitious weekly production targets while maintaining content quality.
• What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of experience creating short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
• Fluent, natural, conversational English, with excellent spoken communication skills for a US audience.
• Confident, engaging, and relatable on-camera presence.
• Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Proven ability to create attention-grabbing hooks and engaging storytelling.
• Understanding of YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram algorithms, trends, and content formats.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Comfortable producing content at a fast pace without sacrificing quality.
• A reliable home recording setup, including a good camera or smartphone, microphone, lighting, and internet connection.
• Based in Latin America, with at least 4–6 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time.
• A portfolio of published video content demonstrating your on-camera skills and editing abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience creating content about personal finance, fintech, entrepreneurship, or small businesses.
• Experience growing a YouTube channel or social media account organically.
• An existing audience or personal brand on social media.
• Experience creating YouTube long-form videos.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted video production and content creation tools.
