Job summary

TechBiz Global is seeking a Digital Enablement Specialist to own and optimize the technical and operational foundation of our e-commerce ecosystem, including Shopify stores, product data feeds, inventory systems, and go-to-market processes.

You will bridge Digital, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations, enabling teams with reliable systems, clean data, and efficient workflows to support smooth product launches and channel performance across multiple stores.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in e-commerce operations or Shopify administration.
• Hands-on Shopify backend and third-party apps.
• Experience with product data feeds and external channels.
• Experience with inventory systems and ERP/WMS integrations.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Shopify Flow or Make.
• Strong cross-functional communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Shopify backend across stores.
• Administer Shopify apps and ensure stable integrations.
• Manage product data feeds to Google Merchant Center, Meta, TikTok, marketplaces.
• Align digital inventory with physical stock across locations.
• Lead product launch readiness for SKUs, pricing, and logistics.
• Configure pre-order and back-in-stock flows.
• Maintain SOPs for product creation, inventory, and app usage.
• Identify bottlenecks and automate workflows.
• Ensure data hygiene across systems (SKUs, barcodes, attributes).
