Job summary

The Ecommerce Coordinator at Biltmore supports the day-to-day execution of the company’s ecommerce operations, reporting to the Ecommerce Manager and leadership team.

You will manage Shopify content, assist with product launches, merchandising, promotions, and order processing while collaborating with Wine, Retail Merchandisers, Marketing, Fulfillment, Guest Services, and Corporate Technology to deliver a consistent guest experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or related roles.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms; Shopify/Shopify Plus a plus.
• Ability to follow procedures for product data, promotions, and orders.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ecommerce projects and track deliverables with Marketing and stakeholders.
• Support online product launches with product info, pricing, and inventory.
• Create and quality-check Shopify products, variants, and collections.
• Maintain product categorization and tagging for navigation and merchandising.
• Update Shopify storefront content, banners, and landing pages as needed.
• Assist with promotions calendars, tracking dates and approvals.
• Coordinate product photography and asset readiness for online content.
• Test promotions and discounts, verify accuracy and functionality.
• Process draft orders and ensure compliance and order accuracy.
• Follow wine/alcohol procedures for product setup and order processing.
• Complete Shopify Plus and ERP-related workflows with accuracy.
