Qualifications

• Strong written communication; email is the primary surface.
• Real Shopify experience (merchant/app/agency) counts.
• Familiar with Shopify Admin, checkout, theme editor and app dashboard.
• Calm under pressure when the app breaks stores.

Responsibilities

• Be the first reply on every support email and Shopify App Store review.
• Triage merchant reports: reproduce issues and file bugs with tight repros.
• Write public replies to App Store reviews; protect the brand.
• Maintain help docs as features ship and flag common questions.
• Spot support patterns and translate them into product asks for engineering.
