Job summary

Forvia is seeking a Shopfloor Logistics Supervisor to oversee the internal flow of pieces from receipt to shipping at the Saline plant. You will ensure customer delivery, production line supplies, visual management, and strong team leadership.

You will collaborate with quality, production and engineering to optimize operations, implement logistics basics, train teams, and uphold HSE requirements. English is required and SAP experience is preferred, with daytime shifts and overtime possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or similar preferred.
• Experience in production or logistics in an industrial setting.
• Minimum 3 years of supervision and material handling experience.
• Experience utilizing SAP.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate production lines supplies: stocking areas cleanliness, feed production lines, supervise unloading, and manage a warning system in picking zone.
• Implement logistics basics: booking operations, traceability, labeling, container management.
• Identify productivity gains and lead continuous improvement.
• Lead, train and coach logistics operators’ teams.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements in assigned areas.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the company.
