Job summary

Forvia is seeking a Production Control & Logistics Manager to lead the plant's PC&L activities, ensuring timely deliveries and optimized production planning. This role involves managing a team, aligning with strategic goals, and driving continuous improvement across operations.

The ideal candidate has a master’s in industrial or supply-chain management (or equivalent) and 5+ years in production control/logistics, preferably in automotive, with strong leadership and ERP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in industrial or supply-chain management preferred; bachelor's degree minimum.
• Five+ years of experience in production control and logistics, preferably in automotive.
• Operations experience including safety and quality basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead production control and logistics activities aligned with PC&L strategy.
• Manage customer management and deliveries and supervise planning and internal/external flows.
• Oversee budget adherence and drive continuous improvement across the plant.
• Develop and coach a team of professionals to meet performance targets.
