Job summary

Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, is seeking a Production Control & Logistics Manager to optimize plant performance. You will lead production control, logistics, and customer deliveries, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement in alignment with PC&L strategy.

You will lead a team of professionals, ensure adherence to standard processes, and collaborate with sales, purchasing, and engineering to enhance efficiency and on-time delivery in a fast-changing automotive

Qualifications

• Master's degree in industrial or supply-chain management or equivalent title.
• Bachelor's degree minimum requirement.
• Minimum 5 years in production control and logistics, automotive preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP processes and tools.
• APICS Faurecia system principles knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage production control and logistics activities for the plant in alignment with PC&L strategy.
• Lead a team responsible for customer management, deliveries, planning, and flows.
• Ensure adherence to PC&L standard processes and department budget.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
