Job summary

Forvia is seeking a Production Control & Logistics Manager to oversee plant production control and logistics, align with PC&L strategy, and lead a team responsible for customer management, deliveries, and planning. You will drive internal and external flow optimization and ensure adherence to standard processes and budget.

Qualifications

Master's degree in industrial or supply-chain management highly preferred, Bachelor's degree minimum requirement
At least 5 years of experience in production control and logistics, preferably in the automotive industry
Experience in operations, including Safety and Quality basics

Responsibilities

Manage the production control and logistic activities of the plant in alignment with the PC&L strategy
Lead a team of professionals in charge of customer management and deliveries, production planning, and flow management
Ensure adherence to PC&L standard processes and the department budget
