Job summary

TSP talent in Pearland, TX, seeks an IT/OT Expert to support a leading pharma manufacturer by maintaining and enhancing shopfloor IT and OT systems.

The role covers proactive maintenance, lifecycle management, and project collaboration with Engineering, plus coordinating vendors for validation and governance to meet IT/OT standards, including GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and ISO27001. English and French fluency are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
Hands-on experience supporting shopfloor computerized systems and automation platforms (e.g., Siemens, SCADA).
Strong IT/OT infrastructure, enterprise networking, and system lifecycle management knowledge.
Familiarity with CSV, NIS2, and ISO27001 advantageous.

Responsibilities

Proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and providing support to ensure systems operate flawlessly.
Managing system lifecycle activities such as changes, upgrades, and enhancements to minimize downtime and risks.
Contributing to the design, planning, and deployment of new projects in collaboration with Engineering.
Coordinating vendors and internal teams to meet validation and governance standards.
Bridging business needs with technical solutions, supporting audits, inspections, and mitigation of operational risks.
