Job summary

Nalys is seeking an IT/OT Expert for a leading global pharmaceutical manufacturer. You will be the trusted technical reference for shopfloor IT/OT systems, ensuring they run smoothly today while helping design what comes next.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT, hands-on shopfloor automation experience, IT/OT infrastructure knowledge, and fluency in English and French. This is a full-time, long-term role with a collaborative culture and competitive salary.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or a related technical field.
Hands-on experience supporting shopfloor computerized systems and automation platforms (Siemens, SCADA) is an advantage.
Strong IT/OT infrastructure and enterprise networking knowledge.
Experience with GxP, Data Integrity, and 21 CFR Part 11.
Familiar with CSV, NIS2 and ISO27001.
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and external vendors.
Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

Maintain shopfloor IT/OT systems with proactive maintenance and fast support.
Own system lifecycle, including change management and upgrades to minimize downtime.
Design, plan, and roll out shopfloor projects with Engineering.
Coordinate vendors and internal stakeholders to meet validation standards.
Identify and mitigate risks, support audits and remediation.
