Parts ASAP is hiring to dismantle tractors and agricultural equipment, while ensuring part quality and providing helpful customer assistance in the yard. The role emphasizes safety, organization, and efficient yard operations in a physically active environment.

The ideal candidate has basic mechanical knowledge, willing to learn, with a preference for forklift or heavy equipment experience. Training is available, and the team emphasizes reliability and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle tractors and agricultural equipment while preserving part quality.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet company standards.
• Assist customers in locating parts and equipment throughout the yard.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow environmental and safety procedures for handling salvage equipment.
• Perform routine checks on yard equipment and assist with general shop and yard operations.

What you will Earn

Starting Pay: $18.00–$20.86 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. We recognize the value of experience and are committed to offering competitive pay for the right candidate.
