Parts ASAP in Lake Mills, IA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help keep our warehouse running smoothly. You will operate a forklift, pick and pack orders, and ensure accuracy in receiving and shipping processes.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is required and certification or ability to become certified.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and shipping software.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to load, unload, transport, and organize inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with speed and accuracy.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify products against packing slips.
• Load and unload trucks while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Organize inventory and ensure products are stored properly.
• Build pallets and crates for safe shipment.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accuracy.
• Prepare shipping labels and coordinate outbound shipments.
• Work with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and freight companies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily shipping goals.

What You'll Earn

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in keeping our warehouse running efficiently while ensuring our customers receive the right parts on time.

Your day may include:

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Forklift experience is required.
• Forklift certification or the ability to become certified.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and shipping software.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
• Experience with agricultural, construction, automotive, or heavy equipment parts.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP.
• Shipping and receiving experience with FedEx, UPS, or LTL freight carriers.

Physical Requirements
