Job summary

Parts ASAP, located in Lake Mills, IA, seeks a dependable Warehouse Associate for part-time opportunities. You will operate a forklift, pick and pack orders, and ensure timely shipping. Schedule includes Saturdays and Sundays, 7:00am–3:30pm, with bi-weekly pay and overtime opportunities.

Starting pay is $19 per hour, depending on experience. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, teamwork, and a fast-paced warehouse environment. We offer growth opportunities within a growing industry leader.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is required.
• Forklift certification or the ability to become certified.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and shipping software.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, transport, and organize inventory.
• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders with speed and accuracy.
• Receiving incoming shipments and verifying products against packing slips.
• Loading and unloading trucks while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Organizing inventory and ensuring proper storage locations.
• Building pallets and crates for safe shipment.
• Performing inventory cycle counts and maintaining accuracy.
• Preparing shipping labels and coordinating outbound shipments.
• Working with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and freight companies.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, safety-focused warehouse.
• Collaborating with teammates to meet daily shipping goals and exceed customer expectations.

What You’ll Do

Physical Requirements
