Hire Sync is seeking reliable Shop Workers for the 1st shift in North Ridgeville, OH. This four-day workweek role offers hands-on production tasks in a metal manufacturing environment, with a steady first-shift schedule from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.

Ideal candidates are dependable, physically capable, and eager to learn. Previous manufacturing or general labor experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and ability to follow directions matter most.

Our client has decades of experience manufacturing high-quality, American-made metal components used in demanding industrial applications. From metal forming and finishing to inspection and production, their team takes pride in producing quality products that customers can count on.

We're looking for reliable individuals who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. Whether you have previous manufacturing experience or a background in general labor, warehouse work, construction, or other hands‑on jobs, we'd love to hear from you!

With a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule, you'll enjoy a three-day weekend every week!

What You'll Do

• Perform general labor and hands‑on production tasks throughout the manufacturing facility.


• Sand, grind, smooth, and finish metal parts to meet quality standards.


• Assist with bending, forming, and preparing metal components.


• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and mechanical finishing equipment.


• Remove excess material and inspect finished parts for defects or imperfections.


• Perform basic quality checks using gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.


• Load and unload trucks and assist with moving materials throughout the facility.


• Organize finished products, maintain stock areas, and assist with inventory counts.


• Help prepare, label, and organize parts for production or shipment.


• Perform basic mechanical tasks and provide general support to other departments as needed.


• Keep work areas, equipment, and tools clean, organized, and safe.


• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.

• Previous manufacturing, metalworking, sanding, grinding, or general labor experience is a plus, but we're also interested in dependable candidates who are mechanically inclined and eager to learn.


• Experience with measuring tools, forklifts, or electric pallet jacks is helpful but not required.
