Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking entry-level manufacturing associates for the first shift in Thomson, GA. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training.

You will perform prep, masking, loading, and packaging activities to support painting and finishing processes. The full-time position offers weekly pay, a clean and safe work environment, and cross-training to develop manufacturing skills.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance is essential.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Team player mindset willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
• No prior experience required! We will fully train the right candidates.

Responsibilities

• Incoming Prep & Unpacking: Removing packaging from incoming metal parts to prepare them for the line.
• Masking: Prepping and taping parts to protect specific areas before painting.
• Loading & Unloading: Placing parts onto the production line and safely removing them after coating.
• Final Packaging: Inspecting finished goods for quality and packaging them securely for shipment.

• Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Days: Monday through Friday
