JOB SUMMARY
To support the growth of the company, Fleet Services by Cox Automotive is currently hiring a Mobile Trailer Technician II to join our team! This is a dedicated on-site position; we do not provide emergency roadside repairs. If you are looking for a new place to call home, we would love to talk to you! The Mobile Trailer Technician II will perform certified DOT inspections, Preventative Maintenance inspections, light repairs, and other duties such as aluminum and chem-lite, trailer brakes, air lines, auxiliary pumps, engines, liftgates, brake chambers, welding, fabrication, and replacement of panels, body, and framework. Work is performed at the customer's site. The Mobile Trailer Technician II can perform more advanced repairs under supervision and assists senior technicians while continuing to learn advanced mechanical skills. A successful technician complies with all company policies and achieves high performance metrics.
