Qualifications

• Proven communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn company systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer experiences and greet customers, guiding vehicles safely into the service bay.
• Communicate clearly with customers during service and review completed work.
• Provide maintenance recommendations and support service presentations.
• Use company systems to process fleet services and support daily shop operations.
• Perform oil changes and other services following company procedures.
• Execute technician duties across Greeter, Hood, and Pit roles as trained.
• Complete safety checks and verify service accuracy with the team.
• Follow proper callouts and communication for safe, efficient service flow.
• Follow all safety procedures and use proper tools and equipment.
• Identify vehicle concerns and communicate them to the team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; complete opening/closing duties.
• Hold road signs and assist in other tasks as needed.
• Support team workflow by assisting in different roles as needed.
• Participate in hands-on training and complete required certifications.
• Continuously develop skills across all service positions.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
