Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of technical work experience; 1 year preferred.
• Electrically and mechanically inclined.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and smart devices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, repair, and conduct mechanical and electrical testing of submersible wastewater pumps.
• Operate industrial equipment in a shop environment (forklift, overhead cranes).
• Work with company-provided hand and power tools.
• Accurate record keeping in Xylem's work-order system.
• Create and maintain a safe, organized working environment.
• Care for company property and uphold safety standards.
• Demonstrate High Impact Culture through innovation and accountability.
• Function effectively in a team; may work independently when needed.
• Travel may be required for training or work assignments.
