Under the supervision of the Shop Supervisor, you will clean and organize the work area, follow procedures, and collaborate with team members to maintain productive workflow.

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed and adhere to safety protocols.
• Experience with shop tools and manufacturing equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform sandblasting and grinding operations on drill bits and components.
• Wash and clean bits, cutters, and cans for subsequent steps.
• Paint drill bits and components per quality standards.
• Prepare bits for brazing and ensure components meet specs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following SOPs.
• Operate grinders, sandblasters, hoists and other shop tools safely.
• Follow documentation and management instructions to complete tasks on time.
• Collaborate with team to maintain efficient workflow and address issues.
