Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to operate standard shop equipment (grinders, sandblasters, hoists).
• Willingness to work overtime and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform sandblasting and grinding operations on drill bits and components.
• Wash and clean bits, cutters, and cans for subsequent steps.
• Paint drill bits and components to required quality standards.
