Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills or the ability to quickly learn company systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver World-Class Customer Experiences across Greeter, Hood, Pit roles.
• Greet customers and guide vehicles into the service bay.
• Communicate clearly with customers and review completed work.
• Provide recommendations on maintenance services and support service presentations.
• Use company systems to process fleet services and support shop operations.
• Perform oil changes and other services following company procedures.
• Complete safety checks and verify service accuracy with the team.
• Follow proper callouts and communication for safe, efficient service flow.
• Participate in hands-on training and complete required certifications.
• Continuously develop skills across all service positions.
