Harmon, Inc. in West Chester, OH is seeking a Shop Tech I to join our manufacturing team. You will read blueprints, cut and assemble window framing materials, and work with metal and glass components including insulated units.

Use hand tools and forklifts, follow schedules, and maintain safety and organization on the shop floor. The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift 30–60 pounds. Prior experience with CNC equipment and cranes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings.
• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings.
