Qualifications

• Previous automotive and/or small engine service and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track service/repair activities for tire & lube/small engine shop and act as liaison between shop technicians and customers.
• Order parts and assist customers with special orders; provide sales assistance and POS support.
• Coordinate shop operations within the store to ensure a smooth customer experience.
