Job summary

ICM Solutions LLC in Utah seeks a Shop Service Technician to repair, rebuild, and fabricate crushing and aggregate processing equipment. The role is largely shop/yard focused (75%), with 25% dedicated to CNC plasma burn table operation and support.

You will prioritize safety, apply welding and mechanical skills on heavy equipment, read blueprints, and help develop burn-table processes while mentoring teammates in a fast-growing company with strong growth ambitions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in heavy equipment repair, welding, fabrication, or industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Experience with FCAW, GMAW, and SMAW welding processes.
• Basic burn table, plasma table, or CNC cutting experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, rebuilds, maintenance, and fabrication on crushing, screening, and conveying equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and repair drawings.
• Perform FCAW, GMAW, SMAW welding and carbon arc gouging.
• Diagnose equipment issues and help develop repair solutions.
• Work safely and follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support and mentor less experienced team members.
• Set up and operate CNC plasma burn table equipment to cut parts from plate material.
• Read and interpret drawings, cut files, and work orders.
• Load and unload materials using appropriate lifting equipment.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
• Perform routine machine cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Help develop burn table processes and train other employees on safe operation.
