Job Details

We are seeking someone for our Madison, WI branch. This is a shop-based role with no travel required. Candidates must have their own professional grade tools and toolbox.

What You’ll Do:
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy construction equipment in a shop setting
  • Perform mechanical, hydraulic, diesel engine, and electrical repairs
  • Complete preventive maintenance and scheduled service inspections
  • Use diagnostic software, service manuals, and schematics to troubleshoot equipment issues

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
  • Experience working with diesel-powered equipment, hydraulics, or industrial machinery
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
  • Comfort using computers and diagnostic tools
  • Ownership of professional-grade tools and toolbox
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet physical job requirements
  • Heavy construction equipment experience is a plus but not required for the right mechanically strong candidate
