Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience with industrial printers, UV flatbed printers, or related production equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and follow technical specifications.
Basic computer literacy to operate printer software and job management systems.
Background in digital printing, signage, packaging, or manufacturing desirable.
Knowledge of UV ink systems, color calibration, RIP software, and print profiles desirable.

Responsibilities

Unpack, count, stage and prepare products for UV printing and laser production.
Clean and inspect product surfaces for defects, flatness and print readiness.
Apply adhesion promoter according to procedures for proper UV ink bonding.
Perform quality inspections to identify defects and ensure standards.
Inspect finished products for accuracy, clarity, alignment, and quality before repackaging.
Perform sample tests and communicate defects or inconsistencies.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe production area following PPE guidelines.
Safely operate lasers and follow all safety protocols.
