Job summary

Deutsche Post DHL Group is seeking a Digital Print Technician for the 1st shift (Mon-Thurs, 5:00am–3:30pm) in Memphis, TN. You will operate UV flatbed inkjet printers, prepare materials, calibrate printers, and ensure print quality while maintaining equipment and logs.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience with industrial printers, strong mechanical skills, and basic computer literacy to operate printer software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience operating industrial/UV flatbed printers or related equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to read and follow technical specifications.
• Basic computer literacy to operate printer software and systems.
• Experience in digital printing or manufacturing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate UV flatbed inkjet printing equipment and prepare materials.
• Monitor print production for design accuracy, color, and quality.
• Perform maintenance, cleaning, and ink system management.
• Record production output, job details, and scrap/rework.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and collaborate with teams.
