Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Memphis, TN is seeking a Group Coordinator Lead - Digital Print Technician to oversee daily output in our customization operation. The role blends hands-on printing with team leadership, operating UV flatbed printers and laser engraving equipment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in digital printing or manufacturing, strong leadership, and experience with UV inks, RIP software, and print calibration. Schedule is Mon-Thu 5:00am–3:30pm; pay is $22.35/hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year hands-on print production, digital printing, or related experience.
• Experience leading a production team in manufacturing/warehouse.
• Experience operating industrial printers, UV flatbed printers, CO2/fiber laser engraving equipment.
• Knowledge of UV ink systems, color calibration, RIP software, and print profiles.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical specifications and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and prepare UV flatbed printers and laser engraving equipment.
• Set machine parameters and conduct quality inspections.
• Read work orders and specs to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with Design/Engineering/Production to resolve file/spec issues.
• Lead operators, train staff, and ensure SOP adherence.
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and consumable replacement.
