Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Memphis, TN seeks a Group Coordinator Lead for Digital Print Technician to oversee daily production in our new customization operation. This hands-on technical lead role combines team coordination with operating UV flatbed printers and laser engraving equipment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in digital print production or manufacturing, proven leadership, and knowledge of UV inks, RIP software, and print profiles. Competitive benefits and growth await.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on digital printing, industrial print production, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading a production team in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Experience operating UV flatbed printers and laser engraving equipment; strong mechanical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of UV ink systems, color calibration, RIP software, and print profiles.

Responsibilities

• Operate and prepare UV flatbed printers with loading, alignment, and quality checks.
• Operate CO2 and fiber laser engraving equipment and set parameters.
• Read work orders, specifications, and production requirements for accurate jobs.
• Lead daily huddles and coordinate workloads across printer, laser, prep, and inspection stations.
• Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping in the cell.
