Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Memphis, TN seeks a Group Coordinator Lead - Digital Print Technician to oversee daily production in our new customization operation. This hands-on lead role combines team coordination with operating UV flatbed printers and CO2/fiber laser equipment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of digital print production experience, strong leadership, and the ability to solve problems. Schedule is Monday to Thursday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, and pay is 22.35 per hour.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma.
• At least 1 year of hands-on print production or related experience.
• Experience leading a team in manufacturing, warehouse, or production.
• Experience operating industrial printing equipment (UV printing or laser engraving).
• Knowledge of UV ink systems, color calibration, RIP software, and print profiles.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and follow technical specifications and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities for a team including assignments, coaching, training, and shift handoffs.
• Operate and prepare UV flatbed printers, including loading, alignment, preventative checks, and quality inspections.
• Operate CO2 and fiber laser engraving and laser etching equipment, setting parameters per product requirements.
• Prepare and inspect products while monitoring quality and consistency.
• Read work orders, technical specifications, and production requirements to ensure accuracy.
• Partner with internal departments to resolve technical and workflow issues.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and consumable replacement.
