Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of clerical or bookkeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track weekly payroll and input hours for shop staff.
• Reconcile daily and weekly Comdata statements and assign costs.
• Process and code vendor invoices for materials and repairs.
• Maintain accurate shop inventory logs and cycle counts.
• Support asset management with equipment records and maintenance logs.
