Job Summary:

We are seeking a Shop Operations Manager to join our team at our Omaha, Nebraska location. This position is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on semi-trucks and heavy equipment. This is a 1st shift position, typically working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Overtime opportunities may be available based on the business needs of the shop.

Shop Operations Manager Duties:

1. Prepare work orders
2. Manage asset maintenance
3. Coordinate shop duties and third-party vendor repairs
4. Assist mechanics with services and repairs
5. Provide training and development to mechanics
6. Perform other duties as assigned
