Job summary

Peak Thermo King is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our shop in Seattle, Washington. The Operations Manager is charged to manage the shop, repairs, installations, and daily workflow for 20-25 service employees and parts staff.

The successful candidate will promote a culture that emphasizes safety, customer service, accountability, teamwork, quality, and continuous learning and improvement, reporting to the Senior Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing people in a shop environment.
• Lean concepts and continuous improvement experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in technical or business-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster teamwork and safety at all times.
• Analyze production reports to improve utilization and productivity.
• Plan resources to meet shop output.
• Supervise staff: hiring, training, performance, compensation.
