Job summary

Jobot in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Shop Mechanic to inspect, maintain, and repair company equipment to keep field operations running smoothly. This role is based at the Fort Worth shop and supports construction crews by ensuring equipment is safe, reliable, and job-ready.

You will diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, and electrical issues; perform preventive maintenance; keep service records; assist with parts pickups using a company-provided truck; keep the shop organized and safe; and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanic experience, preferably in construction equipment or fleet maintenance.
• Experience with skid steers, mini excavators, compact equipment, trailers, and pickups.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
