Job Overview

What You’ll Do

1. Work on all makes and models of agricultural equipment, ensuring repairs are accurate and timely.
2. Analyze and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
3. Repair, replace, or rebuild engines, transmissions, hydraulic components, electrical and air systems.
4. Assist with pre-delivery setup on John Deere equipment and related products.

What You Need

1. At least 2 years of experience with small engines and agricultural equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and air conditioning systems.
2. Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.
3. Basic computer skills.
4. Self-motivated and assertive.
5. Own tools required.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay ranging from $29.98 to $44.97, plus significant overtime potential. Benefits include retirement plans, health insurance, paid time off, training, and opportunities for advancement.
