Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years materials, production planning, sourcing or supply chain operations experience.
• Minimum of 3 years materials, production planning, sourcing or supply chain operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage material schedules, part-level planning details, and system parameters to support production needs and optimize inventory.
• Prepare and update production schedules, purchasing requirements, and master planning inputs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, sourcing, fulfillment leaders, delivery teams, and internal planning teams to maintain material flow and improve on-time delivery.
• Identify and resolve input material shortages and supplier delivery gaps, partnering with sourcing on delivery and quality performance issues.
• Support inventory control and ensure operational alignment with production plans and key performance indicators.
