Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager with a focus on customer service and leadership. Paid training is provided to master the Take 5 way, including oil changes and shop operations. Openings highlight growth from crew to manager and competitive base pay with weekly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.
• Paid training provided to learn Take 5 processes and shop management.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments for services performed.
• Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager’s absence.
• Run the floor to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with counting and adjusting inventory.
• Train new employees to fulfill duties in the Take 5 way.
• Maintain cleanliness of shop, office, and bathroom.
