Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager to lead our San Antonio location. You will recruit, train, and manage crew, schedule payroll, and oversee inventory while delivering fast, friendly oil-change service from within the vehicle bay.

We offer paid training, a strong promotion path, and opportunities to advance from Assistant Manager to Manager-in-Training. Earn $55,000+ with base salary and bonus opportunities as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.
• Paid training provided on the Take 5 method.
• Ability to learn shop standards within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding & training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules & submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory; performing end-of-period checks.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as needed.
• Understanding the shop's finances to drive results and budget use.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Support crew with oil changes and other auto services.
• Provide excellent customer service.
