Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead in a fast-paced auto service environment in Ohio. The role includes paid training, managing daily operations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while following Take 5 standards.

No prior experience required but a willingness to learn and strong teamwork are valued. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, and company-paid training, with opportunities for promotions to Shop Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments.
• Assume Shop Manager responsibilities in their absence.
• Run the floor to ensure tasks are completed and customers are satisfied.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with inventory counting and adjustments.
• Train new employees in Take 5 procedures.
• Perform basic oil changes and light maintenance.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain shop, office, and bathroom cleanliness.
