Black Hills Trucking LLC in Gillette, WY is seeking a Shop Manager to oversee on-site vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and daily operations.

You will lead a maintenance team, coordinate preventive services, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering reliable service to our oilfield and heavy-haul operations.

Formación

• One year of previous experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
• Computer literacy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Word.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrated office skills and record keeping abilities.
• English language fluency, verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Perform upkeep and repairs on vehicles that are brought in from the field.
• Schedule and perform periodic preventive maintenance on vehicles, such as 4000-mile service and 24000-mile service.
• Plan and establish work schedules and assignments.
• Requisitions needed personnel, supplies, equipment, parts, and repair services.
• Review orders, production schedules, and shipping/receiving notices to determine work sequence and material shipping dates.
• Resolves employee issues in accordance with company policy.
• Directly responsible for supervision of vehicle maintenance subordinates.
